Up in Smoke BBQ
Smoke 'em if you got 'em
Up in Smoke BBQ has the perfect way to get to know your neighbors - take them to lunch!
Up in Smoke BBQ opened in December of 2018 and the response from the public has been great! You will want to check out the smoked meats and flavor that Chef Rob is turning out.
Up in Smoke BBQ is located at the Barnett Reservoir in Brandon, just off of Spillway Road in Fannin Marketplace. This once-woodland and pasture-land has developed over the last 50 years into a favorite residential area with all the amenities you could want, including fine barbeque. The Barnett Reservoir is the largest bass fishery in the state too, so fishermen and fisherwomen and familys are visiting the area all the time, plus tourists enjoy the area so much, they come back every year. Now, they have a BBQ Chef close by to visit all week long.
Up in Smoke BBQ Chef Robert Hill will tell you about his recipes, most likely after you taste them, because he knows you going to enjoy the flavor and quality of your meal. The menu offers BBQ Ribs, Pulled Pork, and Smoked Pork Chops that are very flavorful and cooked to a tender perfection. Staple side items are fresh and plentiful, each recipe develped by Chef Rob. Now putting his education to work as a professional, retailing smoked meats, Chef Rob offers in-store dining, carry-out, and prompt, affordable catering for your family and private events. Chef Rob gained professional training at The University of Alabama, so he has the experience and education to make sure the flavor profile and nutrition are balanced to be healthy and make you happy.
"We want to be of service to you and your family and thank you for your business."
